Information on Delivery and Processing Time 

Method of delivery within Poland:

- inpost parcel machine,

- inpost courier,

- courier UPS

Delivery methods within the EU, Canada and Ukraine:

- courier

Delivery to the USA:

- USPS courier / DDP Shipping – the seller covers all potential costs related to the transport of goods.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. If the parcel is shipped outside Poland, the tracking number may become active only upon arrival in the destination country.

Processing and delivery time:

The total processing time is 3–5 business days if the product is in stock.

If the item is not available, we produce it within 5 business days.

For special cases, please contact our store.

We are an atelier, and each item is made with love and care. We do not mass-produce, so shipping may take a little more time. We take pride in crafting everything by hand and paying attention to every detail.

Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. Shipping within Poland usually takes a few days. More information can be found on the courier’s website.

For EU countries, delivery follows the standards defined by EU regulations. Most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days.

For destinations such as the USA and Canada, the estimated delivery time is approximately two weeks.

Ordering from outside the EU?
If you are placing an order for delivery to a country outside the European Union, please note that additional charges may apply upon delivery, such as:

• Import VAT (value-added tax);

• Customs duties (depending on the type and value of the item);

• Customs clearance fees (depending on the carrier and the country).

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of your country and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. We do not control these fees and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
